I value and respect your precious time. In an effort to operate smoothly and fairly for all my valuable clients,
Jeremey Paul Studio has the following policies:
- Clients who arrive late may be asked to reschedule in consideration of the next scheduled appointment. If rescheduled, 60% of the missed service will be charged.
- A minimum of 24 hour notice is required for weekday cancellations to avoid a 60% charge of the service.
- A minimum of 48 hour notice is required for a Saturday cancellation, to avoid a 60% charge of the service.
- No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service.
- All reservations made are my commitment to you in my schedule. Time can unexpectedly sneak up and its understandable when one must leave earlier than scheduled. If a service / services needs to be forfeited during the appointment - the full charge will remain. Should a service need to be forfeited prior to the appointment and after the cancellation policy - 60% of that service will be charged.
